The miracle of '44

In the June and December of 1944 several events helped ensure the Axis
defeat. These events included: D-Day, Operation Bagration, The Mariana's Turkey Shoot, and The Battle of Leyte Gulf. But what if the Axis had achieved complete and utter victories in these battes? How long do they last?

In the East Axis defeat was assured by 1943. The Dnieper Battles were a total defeat which removed the last major geographic obstacle for the Soviets until the Vistula and Carpathians. Bagration was merely the most dramatic example of the Soviets total dominance over the Axis. Axis infantry divisions in 1943 had been experiencing a constant decrease in experienced combat forces and manpower, only stemmed temporarily be "combing" the rear areas for able bodies men who lacked training and experience. The panzer and panzergrenadier divisions at Kursk were well above their armored TOE, but were still short on infantry despite receiving constant replacements.

At the same time as the Heer was falling apart, the Red Army had dragged itself up from in Abyss. In 1943 it was sophisticated, well equipped, and well trained, especially compared to 1941 or 42.

German defeat in the East is inevitable by 1943, much less 1944.

I'd argue the argument that Axis defeat was inevitable from the moment of US entry, the only issue was the time and cost.

Honestly from the moment they started the war in general it was a struggle they really couldn't win. It was lucky on their part they did as well as they did given the sheer ammount of stuff that could have gone wrong.
