The Man in the High Castle: Himmler's Inter-dimensional Army acidentally time travels to 9/11

Man in the High Castle Season 3 x War on Terror:

Himmler in the ATL 1963 orders the inter-dimensional Wermatch to enter the portal but they end up on the morning of September 11, 2001 of OTL in the Poconos region.

Considering America was shocked at the attacks of New York and the Pentagon, followed by United 93 crashing near Stonycreek Township, Pennsylvania. While the nation reels from the Al-Qaeda attacks, local residents in the Poconos report Nazi forces with tanks in the region. Local residents, police, and Pennsylvania National Guard fight back against the inter-dimensional invaders. The reports soon reach the White House that night of the sudden appearance of Nazi forces in America.

1) What would happen next?
2) How would the Bush adminstration and the world react?
3) Would 9/11 be blamed on this interdimensional Nazi forces?
4) How would Al-Qaeda and the Taliban react?
5) Will the invasion of Afghanistan be delayed due to the sudden appearance of Inter-dimensional Nazis?

You do know that according to the series, not all people can travel true dimensions and second only naked people can go true, thus you have a bunch of naked man in New York of 2001.

I know individuals cannot time travel and have to be dead in the parallel unviverses in order not to burst into nothing.

The scenario here is what if it became an ISOT and no they would not land in New York but the Axis Victory Nazi army instead lands in rural Pennsylvania (the Poconos region) after United 93 crashes in Stonycreek Township.

Assume the same force that invaded Poland in 1939 but with T-55 main battle tanks, Sdkfz armored vehicles, VTOL transports, jet fighters, and helicopters. No way farmers in rural Penn won't notice that before calling the police which are still reeling from the crash of United 93 while the entire nation is still shocked with the attacks in New York and Arlington County, Virginia.

T-55 tanks, what about something like the Leopard I as it is German.

The series used mocked T-55 tanks as a stand-in to a future German tank. Perhaps we can go with a Leopard I.

North Tower of the World Trade Center collapses after nearly 2 hours of being hit by the first plane

Third plane hits the Pentagon, building on fire. Rescue ongoing.

Unconfirmed reports of sightings of tanks, armored personnel carriers, troop formations, and unidentified flying objects above the Poconos region...

President Bush leaves Sarasota for undisclosed location

Local residents near the Poconos report "an Army of soldiers bearing the Nazi swastika" taking over town, backed up by sightings of tanks and UFOs

State police move in to investigate crash of United 93 and the reports of a "Nazi army"

Heavy firefight with state police and unidentified individuals with armored vehicles and UFOs

Pensylvannia National Guard mobilized to intercept the unidentified individuals bearing the Nazi symbol

Naked people? But Tagomi managed to jump between timelines while keeping his suit on.

1) The country will still be in a state of emergency, and the nation’s military forces will be called up to combat the Nazis once the true extent of the threat becomes clear. Multiple National Guard and regular military units in the area will be mobilized.

2) Shock and confusion, mostly. A lot of people will probably think the Nazis are taking advantage of the shock from the attacks to try and grab territory in the US. Some may even think the Nazis are working with the terrorists.

3) Possibly, until a clear timeline can be established, or captured Germans give their testimony describing how they got there.

4) Celebration, most likely.

5) Not enough to make a difference. The US had enough military forces within to put a stop to a regimental-sized Army, assuming that’s how much the Nazis had when they got there. There might have even less if each Nazi’s counterpart is still alive during 9/11.

The series used mocked T-55 tanks as a stand-in to a future German tank. In reality the
E-50 Standardpanzer.
In 1945 the E 50 was conceived as a standard medium tank of the Panzerwaffe to replace the Panther and Panther II. It existed only in blueprints.

Following the Panther series of tanks, the E-50 was designed as a support tank. It is basically a Panther II with more horsepower and armor.

I could imagine the conspiracy theorists will go crazy why the Axis victory Nazis invaded during 9/11. Perhaps the Department of Defense and the CIA would investigate inter-dimensional travel time-travel. We could also see mass arrests of KKK and Neo-Nazi groups by the FBI.
