yeah about that since whe cut the map in continents should we not adapt the projection to that?
I hope you could also do the Provinces of Japan in this projection too.
J.Gouw, this should help. I've made you a large scale image image of Japan on the correct projection:
thanks and pls call me just Jelle
For anyone who wishes to do so themselves: I downloaded the large scale Cross Blended Hypso with Shaded Relief and Water raster from Natural Earth.
I then loaded that in GPlates, and set the projection as Robinson centred on 10.29°. This is zoomed to 2000%.
Any progress on here? Or was Article 8 ECHR so important these days?
Has anyone gotten any progress? I hope this doesn't die...
I've been tied up with the holidays. I should be more free after New Year's.
I haven't been motivated to do any work on it lately. Hopefully will get back to doing something soon.
I think you may end up doing all of Africa by February at this rate
Well the holidays are over and i will be able to focus more on the thread.
I shall add both of those to the M-BAM in my sig.
Oh wait the picture works now sketchy.
Because I keep forgetting to add it, here's Annobon (and Sao Tomé).
I'll do Southern Africa next.
- how can you even work that fast and still make almost zero error??? HOW???
I'll let you know when I make zero error Seriously, the constituencies around Windhoek are less than perfect, because even at this scale they're too small. One for the next scale increase!
Stateless, perhaps you should make the entire map. *comes back 1 month later and entire world is done*
