    Guys I know that Germany has government regions as second-level administrative subdivisions but I think that it would be better to use districts, they are more useful and they are more used in statistics than the regions.

    Nope, this map is limited to official 1st and 2nd levels.

    I know, but almost every map of Germany uses districts, also Germany as it is now looks weird becouse some states have districts as their second levels, and other have regions. I am making them, later we will see the results.
