Introduction
I start this timeline here to get traction; since I foresee (not crystal ball needed) that it will ruffle some feathers (british understatement) it is extremely likely that it will continue on/move to Counter-factual.net.
I will change one single event in the very early years of Adolph Hitler. In the Beer Hall putsch one man who died will live and another one who lived will die. During the early years of nazism some prominent people will be purged, allowing for faster promotions of other ones.
Nazis won't defy laws of physics or economic realities, they just will be less clumsy and brutal then in our timeline. In many aspects they will stick more to the usual psychological characteristics of the german people than our timeline nazis. Using fictional characters for analogy, think less of Leatherface and more of Mads Mikkelsen's Doctor Lecter: there is no reason to use a chainsaw when you can accomplish your aim with a phone call.
