In OTL, the regions of mainland Spanish America that stayed loyal for most time were New Spain (modern day Mexico, Central America & Southwest of the USA), untill 1821, and Peru, untill 1824. Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Uruguay & Paraguay were already independent by 1821.
