The Kingdom of Tupac Amaru II

The bulk of the Tupac Amaru Rebellion took place in Southern Peru and Upper Peru (Bolivia). Had the rebellion succeeded with British support what would have been the boundaries of this new country?

My impression is that the Spanish would retain North Peru (Lima), but Southern Peru and Upper Peru would manage to break away.

Perhaps Chile as well.

If the rebelion gets butterflied 30 years later to be more in line with the collapse of Spanish power in america then it could succeed. But if it happens alone in 1780's like it did in otl I can't see the english being able to support a rebellion inland one of the most mountainous regions in the world. Also the rebellion put all of the local criollo elite against independence and helped to eliminate the last of the inca nobility. All things that made peru the south american stronghold of the Spanish Monarchy.
