Well, depend of the PoD, but with a Russia becoming more weak against Sweden and Poland/Lithuania, it's a chance that Crimea remains independent.
Also, it probably needs that the Ottoman Empire musn't be too much influential into Crimean affairs.

You need a strong Ottoman Empire and perhaps, at the same, a very weak Russia. A strong Empire means its vassal states, like the Crimean Khanate, can last a lot longer against aggression by its neighbors and perhaps even take the fight to them.
