Leon Degrelle claimed that Tintin had been based off of him. There's a degree of equivalence that should not be ignored, Tintin was basically modeled off of the ideal of the Catholic scout and Degrelle entered politics as a Catholic journalist. But it's the same hogwash in my opinion like the "fascist from the first hour" shit he was spewing in his Spanish exile. It may make for some nice propaganda here tho, but that may depend on the prominency of Degrelle which may not be that high as he was only made "Volksfuhrer of Wallonia" (iirc) at the start of the Battle of the Bulge.
Considering he's a cowboy and how Lebensraum very much took inspiration from Manifest Destiny... you could technically place it in Eastern Europe. "Bridge over the Mississippi" (my personal favority) turns into "Bridge over the Dniester" with slave labour and, yeah, not fun.
I don’t think Tintin would be used as propaganda by the Rexists though, considering the whole, uhh, let’s just say “disapproval” the Nazis have shown to have with Catholicism and Christianity in general (at least as far as this timelines concerned). So the Rexists will have mostly likely been crushed by now and because I wanted to be imaginative, I thought of Tintin still being used as propaganda but by the Nazis, considering that Belgium has been absorbed into Nazi Germany if I remember correctly.
No idea since I haven’t heard of this show till now, but it’ll be interesting to see how British media has been affected with all the stuff going with Eddy.

Speaking of which, with how Eddie doesn’t like politicians yet isn’t exactly comfortable with the old elite, I imagine his Britain to have a strongly technocratic flair with how his attitudes towards both the political elites and the aristocracy would have probably led to an empowerment of a cadre of technocrats.
