The Imperative World Map Following the Alternate Chinese Civil War

The alternate history is somewhat complicated but short concise. The ROC allowed Guangdong province as an independent country in 1922 after the short tensions between Chiang Kai-shek and Chen Jiongming, who wanted their own Canton autonomy. Remember Chen Jiongming was born in Haifeng, near Shanwei, Guangdong. The ROC Nationalists stand down and allow some concessions: Pearl Delta Region, Qingyuan, and Huizhou integrated with Republic of Canton (Yue) in exchange the rest of regions within Guangdong retained as ROC authorities. It became a success. Cantonese became the dominant elite language in Republic of Yue (renamed country) for over many multiple years, although the Canton government may see some Hakka refugees resettled at Huizhou from northern Guangdong and Jiangxi provincial region. The federal government struggled to maintain on handling the characteristics of bilingualism until early 1930s when the Hakka representatives from villages and towns promulgated the federal government to enact equality bilingualism: Cantonese and Hakka. Throughout late 1930s until the start of World War II, the government of Canton prevented major street anarchy and further rich class corruption to balance the issues on schools, economy, and military defense. During World War II, the Republic of Canton remains neutrality, meaning there won't be Japanese Navy invasion of British Hong Kong and French Kwangchowan. Canton economy socioeconomic status are almost similar as Sweden's society. Sometimes Japanese pilots accidentally bombed at Tsing Yun (Qingyuan) thought it was an enemy American decoys there.

After World War II, the Republic of Yue faced an imminent crisis as communism predominantly spread in northern villages near the Republic of China border. Some infiltrators cross the unmanned border to start liberating village by village to know the principles of communist Marxism to be made productive by the government to control all kinds of productivity within manufacturing and agricultures. By the time the PLA troops liberated Shanghai, there were too many rumors on the whereabouts of small country of Republic of Canton on the political and emigration fate. At that time, the Tibetan regional government decided to break tied to the ROC government to avoid the confusion on whoever one China. Dalai Lama tried to preserve for Tibetan independent autonomy even though Mao's government realize that Tibet does not have the full evidence on Tibetan independence claims in the 17th century. Some CCP members urged Premier Zhou Enlai to open diplomatically secret talks with Canton officials as the UN and US troops targeted the intervention of Republic of Yue Tung to prevent the fall of communism with the fully controlled Mandarin language. As Jiangxi Province fell to communists, the fresh Republic of Canton (Yut Tung), assisted by US Army and UN troops, targeted firing shots, including artillery bombing, to warn the PLA not to make border incursion attempts to face ultimate bombing by Allied planes. The unanimous UN Security Council votes for the UN Resolution to send the UN troops to be in position at Republic of Loenggwong border stand-by for the combats. Eventually, Canton people prided the allied troops to come and protect the alliance interests with the large amount of funds to replenish military supplies as 900,000 Canton soldiers, including backup reserved personnel, readying to use firepower defensively to impede aggressor PLA army taking over terrain by terrain. Some Pearl Delta residents fled by boat to Hong Kong in the event the UN troops failed to push counterattacks. On October 6, the Republic of Canton President sent Ho Yin (real name), who was businessman of producing steel and metal, to secretly travel to Shantou as a demands for PLA to stand down and allow to upgrade manufacturing hub. At that time, Shantou was still on the Republic of China territory as Chaozhou was about to be short imminent fall to communists in days. In Shantou, ROC, the Republic of Canton and secret communists officials met each other to discuss the main benefits and some disadvantages of the Canton constitutional republic. Ho Yin explain about the importance of stepping up the advanced capitalist economy with no or less corruptive problematic issues in the Republic of Yue Tung. The Canton people feared that if communism spread then capitalism will fall short, possibly relocating to overcrowded Hong Kong territory in a few years. After days of predictably a government crisis in Canton (Kwang Chow), Premier Zhou Enlai ordered tens of thousands of PLA soldiers to respect Canton border and cease the invasion, citing the Soviet and Britain want to befriend with new Republic of Canton. Zhou emphasized to several loyalty members that need the window access to the west for Dong River trade and diplomatic activities at Huizhou border. After that, the PLA communists make a detour to plan an invasion of Guangxi Province and finish off conquering the rest of China except Republic of Canton. It's unlikely the communists PLA plan the naval invasion of Hainan Island. Today, Republic of Canton is considered to be well known as the nickname of the flourishing economy "Asia's Switzerland" where this Mainland independent considered its last stand not turning to communism. Ho Yin was awarded by PRC officials for deescalating the last hours of starting war.

On November 12, the Republic of Canton government plans to have a meeting between the PRC officials and ROC officials discussion in the city of Fat Shan to discuss about the diplomatically relationship issues. At the same time, the Republic of Loenggwong set up the liaison office on unofficial relationship with PRC in northern Kwang Chow near the higher terrain. Its stances was to discuss about territorial concessions and the prospects on opening the trade center. In the PRC side, the communists officials demand the small city of Heyuan to be ceded to PRC jurisdiction in exchange for keeping Wuzhou. The communists army were about 5 km away from attempting to occupy Wuzhou. This is considered a one time deal to let them keep Wuzhou as Loenggwong administration to continue the river trade by boats and ships to use for the commodity economy. After days of discussion thoroughly, Ho Yin accepts the compromise under the conditions that DMZ MDL shall be established 3 km each other and Heyuan to be ceded to the PRC authorities. (The map didn't mentioned Shanwei as Loenggwong jurisdiction, so Shanwei fell to communists around October 24-25.). The Xunjiang River from 10 km or more West of Wuzhou , however, ceded to PRC authorites but Wuzhou stayed in Republic of Loenggwong jurisdiction. The PRC relied on Republic of Canton to use the economic shipping river trade by internationally.

Korean War
On June 25, 1950, North Korea, backed by the Soviet Union with abundant supplies, invade South Korea at the 38th parallel. The main cause of the Korean War related to the power of the political ideologies. The North wants to spread the communism to the South, leading the major escalation. Although North Korean army invaded Seoul, it was short lived for few months as Allied secretly launched operation Chromite to occupy Inchon port to disrupt continuous NK military supplies and food to the south.

After Operation Chromite, the UN launched spearhead to attack and recapture Seoul gradually to ensure the Seoul returns to the ROK territory for the democratic rights with the abolishing of communist activities. Allied pushed north to liberate Pyongyang on the middle of October 1949 with the superior army and weapons. As NATO advances closer to Yalu River, where presumably mark the end of the Korean War, the PRC government warned the UN forces not to cross north of Yalu River or approach within 10 km toward Yalu River or face a retaliation. With the PLA army still concentrating around Republic of Canton border, Mao was unable to send most of PLA forces from Fujian province and Chaoshan region (ex.Shantou). The reason was the PLA forces prepared to study the next step to keep the border firm and clean at the DMZ border zone between Canton and PRC. This would be too risky if the American and ROC forces plans to make a date attacks at Fujian Province and Chaoshan region, including Northern Guangdong region such as Shaoguan to launched new Chinese-American war. The Americans were not interest to plan a wage of war to invade PRC southern coastal provinces. Also, Mao was unable to send superior experienced PLA troops to prepare attack Tibet in 1951.
