Probably very pissed off given that Milan didn't have much to do with the naval battles against the Ottomans while they themselves sacrificed quite a lot while following the Spanish crusade. And yet their Ippolita Leonora got rejected for a Sforza girl for the most eligible bachelor in christendom. Ouch.

I actually do! And Spain is gonna have a few rough years from 1529 to 1532-3 so we need conflict balls aplenty.
Well, I imagine them losing an ally on the international scale would definitely put them on the backfoot. I doubt Naples could sustain a war against Spain in the 1520s/30s, but it still means their support is hurt.

Naples being ticked off, jackass pope, Italian plotting, problemsome son, a death in the family, aragonese troubles and issues with Navarre. Poor Juan III is in for a few rough years soon...
