PRESIDENT RONALD REAGAN ASSASSINATED

WASHINGTON, D.C. - President Ronald Wilson Reagan was shot and killed by an assassin today.
He died of bullet wounds puncturing his left lung and right shoulder. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, only to die thirty minutes later.
The perpetrator, John Hinckley Jr., was immediately detained and arrested. His motive remain unclear, as he is refusing to cooperate with police.
Vice President George H. W. Bush was sworn in as the 41st President of the United States following Reagan's death.
