Berlin, July 17th 1975

"This the Fernsehen des Reiches on channels 1 and 2, Dansk Fjernsynet, Norsk Kringkasting, Télédiffusion France, Télédiffusion Belge, Belgische Radio en Televisie and the Nederlandse Nationale Omroep." The Intervision signal sounded and viewers all over German occupied Europe and their satellite states could see Victory Square. It is now 10:00 in Berlin and 12:00 in Germanica and the Führer now 86 years old appeared on the screen. Under loud cheers the other leaders of the Reich appeared. And viewers were treated to the largest military parade ever since the war ended on July 17th 1941.

Many of the spectators were too young to know the horrors of the war and the great cleansing which started between 1941 and 1950. There were no jews left in the Reich. Most of the surviving fled to Russia or the USA. The rest where exterminated. A fact known to the British and the Americans after the "Great Scandal of 1964" Germany had grown into a military superpower and thanks to the Copenhagen Pact of 1955 it ensured the loyalty of the satellite states as well.

Germanica, July 17th 1975

Of Moscow nothing was left except for the Kremlin. The Soviets tried to defend their capital but the SS and Wehrmacht drove them away. Stalin tried to escape but was killed as were most Muscovites. Albert Speer created the Germanica which was promised to Hitler. There was one big train station to the West from which trains to all parts of the Reich and towards Finland and Sweden. There were trainstations on the Southern and Eastern side of Moscow they were for destinations in Ostland and those stations were less impressive.

Over the years Moscow or Germanica had turned into a modern German city. Complete with U and S Bahn. The people spoke only German and the foreigners who came were visitors from the satellite states or the neutral states (Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland and Finland) Most would find the city unattractive but Lufthansa offered only roundtrips which included Germanica before the visitors could think of visiting the Golden Ring and St.Petersburg. Ostland was still forbidden territory for the British and the Americans.

The people in Germanica were more conservative than the people in the Reich. They had no acces to US and UK imported music because the area was ruled by the SS. Recruits from Ostland were better trained as they had to deal with Russian und Ukrainian partisans.
