The Effects of Philippine Ratification on the United States?

hey, all. this is something i've been batting around for a while, and i'll have to get to it eventually considering that the Philippines are admitted to the United States in my ASB ATL

basically, i want to figure out what would happen after the Philippines Territory is ratified as three separate states (Luzon, Visaya, and Mindanao from north to south). why are they three states instead of one? the Philippines have a huge population, and each state would still have a very high population (with Luzon being the most populous). because of this huge population, they would receive a large number of electoral votes and could thus greatly affect how US elections go from them on

i'm not here to ask about how they're admitted as states, this thread is about what could happen after they're ratified.

well the Philippines are very conservative so that could help the republican. the southern most state would be heavily muslim so that could eventually lead to some type of problem.

If the Philippines were to became states. There would be a massive migration to the mainland US. So the population would be smaller.

i actually looked into it a while ago and most of the Philippine elections have gone to members of a centrist party

i'd say that would entirely depend on if the people can actually afford that
