Part 1: The Takeover
Our Minds are captivated with the idea of a true Democracy. A democracy where everyone is equal, everyone has equal rights and everyone is contented and happy. However, this democracy can be corrupted by the different powers and people of evil. Politicians can rig the election results and can cheat their way to the Presidency. Some candidates promised to do revolutionary things for America but just ends up in his chair, bathing in money and riches. The higher classes care only for themselves.
The Working Class meanwhile are a group of people whose the victim of these money scoundrels. They get slaughtered in the streets by Rockefeller Thugs. They get punished and be treated as slaves in all things but name. They want to rise up against the Government and create a perfect utopian society for the workers and their families. However, Communism is weak in the ways on how they actually run a government. Look to the perspective of the Soviet Union and its founder, Vladimir Lenin. During his reign, a famine ravaged Russia that killed millions of people and forfeiting the future of lots more. He had little to do with that. Communism is also the proponent of traitorous acts and backstabbing betrayals. Sometimes, doing purges would be common.
What William and his Silver Shirts propose is a different concept. It is an authoritarian concept. He officially names this as Clerical Fascism. It is a combination of the authoritative doctrine of Fascism, and the religious mission of Clericalism. What it advocates was that a Fascist government would continually support a religion, and advocate it as a material for success. Benito Mussolini is a proponent of this ideology, as he massively supportted the Catholic Church.

Chapter 12 of the "Clerical Fascist Manifesto"
"The Silver Revolution begins now! We have won!"
The deafening cry is shouted by the supporters of the Silver Legion of America. William Dudley Pelley has launched his well planned Uprising against the United States Government. He did this a week before the 1936 election. This forces the Government to move it 3 weeks late from the original date. 40,000 supporters of the Silver Legion protested in Washington, calling for Herbert Hoover to step down from the Presidency. He did a few days ago. This caused a huge celebration in the Legion and its supporters. William Dudley Pelley was about to take his inauguration as America's first fully pledged dictator. He had big plans for the nation. He wanted to fix the economy and end the Depression for good. And especially, he wanted America to achieve glory once again. By invading. As the Capitalist System crumbled upon Herbert Hoover's resignation and the eventual assasination of all political opponents (including FDR) by the Silver Spies, Pelley assumed the position of Dictator, or nicknamed as "The Chief" by the public. It was chosen as such as inspired by Hitler and Mussolini (Duce and Führer respectively), although he was not a Nazi or Fascist only, but a Clerical Fascist. But he was still a rightist, and anti communist.
Pelley was a clerical Fascist, supporting the creation of a Christian Commonwealth where the Christians would reign supreme, and was a way, for him, to make America supreme on the world stage. He wanted to establish a Dictatorship. Well, his wish is the people's command.
The Silver Guards managed to route the authorities and expelled them completely from Washington DC. Pelley met with Legion Army Secretary Tommy Cabot to discuss plans on how to secure the city. Cabot was known for leading the crowd in the opening stages of the Uprising by waving his sword around, rallying the spirits of the protesters and the Silver Guards that was with him. They now moved their headquarters from Asheville NC to the captured War Office in DC, although the majority of the government is still present there. He was the hero who expelled the Police Department from "Executive Center", the name given to the area of the Capitol, White House and the Lincoln Monument.
One of the most historical moments of America's history took place behind doors and out of the public eye. Pelley met with his Cabinet to discuss the new Constitution and the new Government's organization. He wanted to model America after the successful reformation of Germany and Italy. He decided to go full megalomaniac: establish a Dictatorship with himself at the center. He viewed himself as the Americans' greatest savior and the Protector of Christianity. He plans to enforce Clerical Fascism as the new cause of the nation.
Similar incidents occured in the major choke points around DC. But, one thing was clear: the Legion was now in control of DC, and soon, America.
Pelley established the "Provisional Government of the Free American Empire", a provisional body of authority that was to rule America before Pelley can reorganize the fractured Government. A Dictatorship was now in play, and William was the master of the game. More and more Americans, exposed to propaganda by symphatizers and the encouragement of Pelley's speech, joined the cause with Pelley. It was now clear to the remaining United States Government.
The Silver Legion had take over. They can't do anything about it.
What remained of the US fled to Britain as exiles. No resistance happened. However, Pelley was ready to reconstruct America from the ground up, with a democratic idea remodelled by him: The New Deal.
