What if Britain had kept Georgia and the Floridas following the American Revolution?

Spain would likely demand some other territory instead of regaining the Floridas. The Bahamas perhaps?

Georgia was one of the states that pushed hard for a stronger Federal Government and Federal assumption of debts, so the constitution would look a bit different here. Meanwhile, the lack of slave colony Georgia could perhaps mean that the southwest ordinance would block slavery as well in Kentucky and Tennessee.
