The Despot

Uganda: 1978, October 28
"Your excellency, I highly discourage and invasion of Tanzania. The last King of Scotland shall certainly lose his thrown."
"Oh for fucks sake, you really think Julius Nyere can stand a chance of resistance? The man is a damn moron."
"This damn moron is one of Africa's most popular leaders. Trust me on this."
"Okay, I will withhold for now. But you are on thin ice.

So thus the invasion was called off. Most of his staff was surprised he even wanted to pull something so hardheaded off - thinking it was one of his schemes.

10 days later, Kampala
"Mr Gaddafi, I thank you sir for the funds for economic development."
Of course, this was not actually for economic development. An Arnament factory was built. Also an extension was built to his mansion.
"Sir, our country veers close to collapse. Economy in chaos, you are out of touch with the populace." This is the reality, said one of his attendants, while the Despot was busy chewing on a piece of meat.
"What measures do you propose?", said the Despot, not really focused.
"Economic privatization."
"WHAT?!"
Of course, he did not want his wealth flow to stop by giving industries to private investors.
"I see. You can still get money, your majesty. Slowly open up investment, and also invest in stocks yourself. This will get you a new idea."
Idi Amin, the Despot smiled.
Much work was to be done.

Note: This is going to be from multiple perspectives.

Idi Amin was observing his troops. Most were not even Ugandans. Who cared? After all, this could prevent a coup.
A man approached. This was a Sudanese officer in his Army.
"Sir, a Tanzanian force seems to be advancing. Also in this force are some traitors."
"Well shit," said Amin. "Funny, I seemed to think an invasion would be a good idea a month or so ago."
"This is your Chance, Tanzanian aggression right there, I recommend getting foreign support."

BREAKING NEWS: TANZANIAN TROOPS ENTER UGANDA SOME IN DISGUISE
Yesterday a Tanzanian invasion force entered Uganda. Idi Amin has called for an international effort to stop Tanzanian aggression. Libya's dictator Gaddafi has promised troops from his Islamic Legion to reinforce Amin. Daniel Arap Moi, has also promised 2 divisions of Kenyan troops. All three nations have begun bombing campaigns targeting...
"Stop right there." Julius Nyere stopped.
"What the hell are you doing?"
"Bringing you to hell. As you are reading, we are about to probably get fucked because of you. It is best to kill you to save yourself."
"Heh, I am a very popular leader, unlike you."
Soon Nyere's personal guard advanced against the plotters. They were all cut down.
"Amin can fucking bring it."
