The Declaration of Pillnitz

Leopold II was the Holy Roman Emperor from 1790 to 1792.
His sister, Marie Antoinette, was married to King Louis XVI of France.
Marie Antoinette appealed to her brother for support.
In 1791 Leopold II issued the Declaration of Pillnitz with the Prussian king Frederick William II.
The declaration stated that if other European powers would join them, they were ready to take a stand against the French rebels and restore Louis XVI's power by force.

Suppose the European powers acted upon the Declaration of Pillnitz and fought the French rebels. What happens them?

Revolution is suppressed, but not outright prevented. Merely delayed. France was a ticking timebomb, pardon the cliche. You really have to butterfly the ARW to remove the possibility of a French Revolution as it was IOTL.
