The Dauphin Charles Orlando Survives

Charles VIII of France and Anne of Brittany had a son, Charles Orlando. However, Orlando died in infancy. What if he survived and Charles VIII's descendants ruled France? What if?

Incredibly vague but I'll bite. For one, Brittany would be incorporated into France a bit earlier. Next depends on how long Charles lives. If he dies on schedule in 1498, then we'll see a long Regency, dominated by infighting over who is the Regent/Guardian of the King. I imagine the main three personalities would be Anne de Bretagne, as sovereign Duchess of Brittany and Queen Mother, Anne de France, as the former Regent and the wife of a powerful noble, and Louis d'Orleans, as Premier Prince du Sang, is Charles IX's heir presumptive and, oldest male-line relative. It would be interesting to see which of these powerful figures would win out. Also, with France unable to return to Italy for at least a decade, we will see the delay of the Italian wars, with Milan and Naples retaining their original Monarchs.

If Charles lives longer, however, I imagine that we would see a continuation of the Italian wars, though mainly over Naples not Milan (Charles had no claim to Milan).
