In the 1992 Philippine election, Fidel Ramos won with only 25% of the vote. If the KBL vote hadn't split between Imelda and her crony Eduardo Cojuangco (a Cory relative) we'd have seen President Marcos come June 30, 1992 unless Cory used the grandfather clause, which she refused IOTL. What would happen here? Bonus for Pres GMA.
The results from simple addition of the two votes.

Imelda Marcos: 29% (KBL)
Fidel Ramos: 23% (LAKAS-NUCD)
Miriam Defensor-Santiago: 19% (PR)

Incumbent President: Corazon Aquino (UNIDO)
President-elect: Imelda Marcos (KBL)
