Would be feasible to extinct the Japanese Monarchy after the surrender of the Empire in 1945? What would be the effects a Hirohito abdication, exile or even prision / death in the Post War Japan?

Not work. Japanese culture and monarchy are too binded together. Soviets migth found People's Republic of Japan though.
