The Christians not Pagans perish in the famine in the Luzon in 18th century

From what I read there was a famine in the early part of 1700's that affected the Ibanag and Kapampangan population and decimated the Pagans/Hindus, what if it was reversed and it is the Ilocano and Tagalog population who are christians that perished in that famine and it is the Pagans/Hindus who are hostile to the Spanish that flourished, how would that affect the history of the Philippines in the long term.
