The Carthage, Rome, and Epirus Timeline

I'll have the update up by tomorrow (late night here).
Well, the long-term (i.e. next century, after that the events will spin out of OTL control for the most part) implications is that the Diadochi/Successors (of Alexander the Great) period continues on, and Rome-Carthage friendship strengthens against the Greek bulwark Epirus (which becomes a Great Power of the Med., or something akin to that). Selecuid Asia, Ptolemy's Egypt, and *forgot* all are going to survive longer, though the times will change even without Super Rome.
