The Campaign Trail Game Has Returned.

Correct me if im wrong, but the site seems to be back up.

On a different note, is there any way to nerf both parties so that third parties can win? Especially in 2016.

With console commands or whatever it is with the inspect element and all, some stuff is possible. It is relatively easy to win as Wallace and Nader with the difficulty setting stuff, since you can play as them.

With other elections, it is more complicated since you can nerf the party you play as, but it proportionally benefits the other parties so the other major party gets most of the benefit. I've seen some results where other third parties win, or even where other candidates are added, but my knowledge of the console stuff is limited and I don't really know how to do it myself, just basic difficulty adjusting. If you look back in the thread, someone might have explained it earlier

Oooooh, dear. Got a 2016 electoral dead heat as Trump. And yes, Hillary did win the popular vote, but...well...

“No candidate secured a majority in the Electoral College. However, the Republicans won a majority in Congress and will elevate you to the Presidency. Time will tell how things go in that regard. Any mutual affection between you and Congress is predicted to be short-lived, but you've pulled off a number of surprises to get this far.”

I’m pretty sure this result would have been catastrophically worse than OTL 2016.

I once got the same map, but the popular was tied exactly, as was the popular vote in Wisconsin

Cue the Democrats trying to abolish the Electoral College, look at history, every time this has happened in the current party system they lose.
