The Boy, who was a Girl (England, 1533-1603)

With no obvious heir, it would seem that there is a strong case for Philip II of Spain to take over. After 5 years of persecution and execution of Protestants, many in England would be ready for a Catholic king. Many however would not. Civil war breaks out - Catholics v Protestants. I don't fancy Protestants chances. Philip II takes the throne. England becomes a Spanish colony.

Highly unlikely

the dutch 80 year war started in 1568, if spain goes this course it will mean taxation in the netherlands will be even bigger just speeding the process of independence. spain would then have to spread its forces over the netherlands and britain which would lead to a sooner collapse of spain than otl

So, Edward VI who is really Elizabeth marries Anne who consumates the marriage with her father-in-law Henry VIII and produces a child, gender irrelevant...

Edwizabethard and Anne may or may not be lesbian lovers, and Edwizabethard may or may not have lovers on the side, which would make for a pregnant male queen, tho (s)he could hide that just by getting fat in mens clothes and after the birth give the child to his queen, who of course might have male lovers on the side and produce legitimate but illegitimate children. The bastard of Edwizabethard is swapped with the apparent legitimate child of Anne (which is a bastard by her lover but is claimed to be by Edwizabethard). The bastard of Anne gets farmed out somewhere, since Anne would be pissed off if its not treated well, and the Edwizabethard baby is brought up as the second-in-line for the throne, behind Anne and Henry VIII's, or even fiirst if Anne and Henry VIII had a daughter and this one is a boy

Henry would have hedged his bets, because he genuinely wanted a male heir. He would have trumped up some charge, maybe some suggestion of witchcraft against Anne Boleyn and she would have been executed. He'd have married Jane Seymour who would have produced his real heir, let's call the boy Henry for the sake of argument. Soon after the death of Jane Seymour, 'Elizabeth/Edward' meets with an accident.

Henry has two children now. Henry IX takes throne in 1547 and is replaced by Bloody Mary in 1553 who dies in 1558.

There is a little problem. In TTL Jane Seymore died in childbirth and the baby is stillborn, so Edward is the only legitimate heir of Henry VIII (Mary had been removed from the order of succession).

It is very probable that it will be a girl.

According to rumors Elizabeth was gay in OTL, so she will certainly gay in TTL. So there will be no bastard children of Elizabeth.
