The Black Death of Eurasia

The Black Death was one of the most devestating diseases of all time so what if it didn't only wipe out Europe but spread to Asia. It starts with most of the European Doctors dying, this keeps the plague spreading. Without the medical research, even more doctors die and the potential investors that could have funded doctors. As it kills and kills, people lose faith in the church and ransac it. Riots breack out and countries fall. The remaining monarchs invest in expeditions to go to the land of the east, where they will find medicine that could possibly cure the plauge.

Unfortuantly the doctors of the East have no cure and the only thing the hundreds of expiditions did was bring hundreds of people with the plague to Asia. The plague spreads, taking all of the asian mice, rats, rabbits and everything else and killing a lot of the asian population, Japan and Russia are the last to fall. Japan is an isolated island but its defenses eventually fail against swarms of fleeing Chinese, Indians and Koreans. Russia is mostly unsurvivable cold but the disease adapts and perserveres until Russia falls.

The only places left are Oceania, Africa and the Americas, what happens next?

The Black Death came from Asia, if I remember well. The plague started in China and was taken from Mongolic raiders to the Black Sea.

A plague too good at its second job (killing people) won't succeed at its first (spreading). Besides, the plague started in Asia as is.

But it didn't wipe out Asia plus it affected mainly Europe and in this timeline they spread it back to Asia.
It didn't wipe out Europe either and it did in fact kill at least 25 million Chinese IOTL in the mid 1330ies and devestated the country to such an extent that most of the recovery the country had managed after the Mongol invasion was undone. In 1338 and 1339 it killed Nestorian Christians in modern day Kyrgyzstan, as evidenced by their grave-stones. The plague also struck various regions in the Middle East during the pandemic, leading to serious depopulation and permanent change in both economic and social structures. By autumn 1347, the plague reached Alexandria in Egypt, through the port's trade with Constantinople, and ports on the Black Sea. During 1347, the disease travelled eastward to Gaza, and north, along the eastern coast, to cities in Lebanon, Syria and Palestine, including Ashkelon, Acre, Jerusalem, Sidon, Damascus, Homs, and Aleppo. In 1348 to 1349, the disease reached Antioch, with many of the city's residents dying while trying to escape north. Mecca became infected in 1349 and during the same year, records show the city of Mosul suffered a massive epidemic, and the city of Baghdad experienced a second round of the disease.
