What if Frederick the Quarrelsome had won the battle of the Leitha River and managed to continue the house of Babenberg? Historically the battle was with the Hungarian king over the Western provinces of Hungary, which, had Frederick won, he would have annexed.

So the lands he amassed would include the duchy of Austria and Styria. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duchy_of_Austria)
He also assumed control over the March of Carnoila before his death. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/March_of_Carniola)
His victory at Leitha would give him parts of Western Hungary too, he claimed the western comitati (counties) of Moson, Sopron and Vasvár.

Assuming he has children and secures a dynasty, that prevents the Habsburgs from assuming this power base and checks the power of the Hungarians and Premyslid dynasty in Bohemia.
Nevertheless Ottokar wanted Austria and would likely come after him at some point, as would the Hungarians eventually. Not sure what Bavaria would do, but there is a potential issue there eventually. Ottokar still might find himself in a war with the HRE if he still dissents against Rudolf's Emperorship. The reason for Rudolf declaring war would be different obviously if the Babenbergs survive, but it would eliminate a threat and give Frederick an opportunity to carve into Bohemian lands.

Have I gotten any of the potentials of this POD wrong? This period of history is new to me, so I'm just thinking about loud.
