the Axis powers win WW2 and exist in 21th Century

First I know this old Hat when we talk about alt history about the Axis powers wining WW2, it's the Man in the High Castle TV series and Wolfenstein New Order video game and I just finished watching the latest Star Wars Movie on DVD.

This world has Three Deaths that Change history, in 1930 New York Churchill died due to a Taxi Cab hitting him, FDR in 1935 due to lone gunman Huey Long due by Lone Gunman death by Hubris.

Britain: Now since there is no Churchill, the British Empire yes they are still an Empire in 1940's Operation Sea Lion was a success and Nazis invade England forcing George IV into Exile in Canada and rule over Canada as the head of state.

America: Since FDR is dead no New Deal, his Wallace was sworn in as leader, but Dudley Perry and his American Party gain strength in the land there choice was Linburgh as leader of America.

I could use some help on this timeline,

Getting the Axis to win isn't that difficult with the right series of PODs, the problem is more one of getting them to survive and not do stupid stuff that collapses them due to ideology.

I'm not entirely sure I understand this paragraph

On Sealion, there are plenty of threads on why it couldn't succeed. Look at the top of the forum for them.

Uh, you know Wallace was more left wing than FDR? He probably would have implemented something like the New Deal and plus if FDR is killed in 35 the new deal is already in full swing. Also Pedley could never have been leader of a major movement given his insane occult ideas. I'd also like to add that Wallace wasn't FDR's Veep in 35 and that was John Nance Garner. With a PoD of 30, I'm afraid that you couldn't make fascist america.

William Dudley Pelley was batshit insane and only the likewise insane could've followed him. He's cult leader material, never a politician or leader of a major movement.

Your best bet is to have a more successful communist/socialist movement in America turn radical and create a major Amerofascism movement in reaction that could ally with the Axis. I think I said it in another thread, but I could imagine a certain Florida Governor named Sidney Johnston Catts as the initial leader of a fascist movement in America. Since he'd be dead by the mid-30s, it's up to the American fascists to find a new leader. Probably General George Van Horn Moseley. Catts seems like he'd be a firm isolationist, Moseley seems like he'd actually provide huge material support to Hitler (against the Soviets), and then use some communist-related riot or Soviet spying to declare war on them. If Britain or France declare war back, then the US is now at war with the Allies. It would also be hard for Britain in the meantime since Moseley isn't giving them any help but is giving the Nazis plenty of help. But that's ignoring butterflies, of course.

Nazi Germany really wouldn't be able to survive into the 21st Century; hell, I don't think they would even be able to survive past the early '60s at best. The problem with the Reich is that not only are they horrible inefficient (five atomic weapons research departments all fighting with each other...), but outside Japan and Italy (and smaller Axis allies), it's a massive pariah. Not to mention that the Reich's philosophy hinged on war to increase territory for the German people, so Germany would keep picking fights to the point that it might go to war with its own allies. What you would see is a huge mess of a Nazi Empire that might be able to fend off the forces of one country, but will wilt if faced by a large coalition like the Allies (not to mention being the world's biggest target). Their whole philosophy falls apart if they don't have any foreign nations to paint as enemies and go to war against.

Oh, and Operation Sealion...would not succeed. Even without Churchill, looking at Sealion, you can see that it would be a catastrophe for the Reich. And Pelley would never be able to amass enough support to become a leading figure in the nation. That's like Charles Manson getting elected forming a party in the '60s-it's not happening.

If the US somehow become fascist, I doubt that Germany would still lead the Axis. It would be more like Italy and Germany under American protection.

Also, if this case, the Japanese are likely to ally with the British Empire again to counter the Axis' power.

Nazi Germany had a far better chance of surviving than Japan did.

How? Once their economy collapses, they will have a coup and the end result of that means they won't be Nazi Germany anymore (though their regime will still be right-wing of some no doubt unpleasant flavour). And any result of WWII is either defeat (thus no Nazis) or peace by coup (also no Nazis).

Has anyone done a TL where Nazi Germany takes most of Europe, but collapses later on?

How soon do you believe a victorious Reich stretching from France to the Urals would suffer an economic collapse?

When all the slave labor has been worked to death?

That's one of the problems with a 21th Century Third Reich the Slave Labor would be dead with 3 generations, but they would have client states like italy to help them along,
