The Apostolic Church

The two sides of the 1065 schism call themselves (in full) the Apostolic Catholic Church and the Orthodox Catholic Church. What would it take for the Western Church to be called "Apostolic" not "Catholic" which can refer to both?

The term Catholic has been in use since around the end of the First Century. The term Orthodox has been around since at least the time of Arius. I think it's going to take a fairly early date to to achieve what you want. BTW, the Eastern Church calls itself Catholic as well as Orthodox.

As it is written in the Nicene Creed (which both Churches have...)
"I believe in One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church..."
The text refers to a united Church...
So only thing u need is a Union of Churches...

catholic just means universal, and the RC's already have apostolic in their title. So its really just a simple name change
