Franz Ferdinand and his wife, Sophie are riding through the streets of Sarajevo. Gavrilo Princip was a few blocks ahead with a semi-automatic pistol. As the car approached Princip, he cooked his pistol. Then, 2 shots rang out. The first shot breaks the front glass and injured the driver and kills a bodyguard who was in the seat next to the driver. The second shot hits Franz in the right eat and exits through the other ear and his Sophie in the temple, killing them.
