The Affects of an Alternate End to WW1

Ok, so I was thinking about this earlier and figured I'd post it.

Let's assume that WW1 ends differently and Germany, while still being on the losing side is in a stronger position resulting in it only losing
Alsace-Lorraine and Schleswig.

Now let's also assume that Germany loses all its colonies with the exception of Togoland, perhaps a result of the British wanting to
normalize relations.

So, with a Germany much less humiliated and still having some prestige of colonial holdings how does the world develop?

Will the (alternate) Weimar Republic manage to stay in power, or will the Nazi's or a similar group manage to gain ground?
Will their be a Second World War?

What of Eastern Europe, if their's no WW2 what will happen to the USSR, will it try to annex parts of Easter Europe, possibly starting an
alternate WW2 or will they look East and South instead?

My guess is, the Weimar Republic will survive. In the 1930s Japan will ally with Italy and the USSR, and we have WWII again, except the Soviets and the Germans have their places switched. Eventually Japan and Italy will be defeated, and an armistice will be signed with the Soviets. A defeated USSR will not be able to fight a Cold War and the U.S. will be dominant for the rest of the 20th century.

Why on earth does Germany lose Schleswig of all things?

How come that A-H and the Ottoman Empire still get killed off as in OTL even though Germany is in a somewhat better position?

And I rather doubt that Togoland alone confers anything even resembling prestige or for that matter lessens Germany's "humiliation".

France got alot considering it was essentially powerless in the end of WW2.

In other words assume the Danes, who have a histroic claim are savvy enough to get it all, rather than just the North as per OTL.

Why should'nt they, just because Germany itself is somewhat better off does'nt mean other will be.
The Ottomans, being on the losing side are basically not going to be allowed to continue on since France and Britain wanted Ottoman territory.

The A-H is in a similar position, being on the losing side of the war, and being comrpirsed of alot of people who don't want to be part of the country,
it's nto going to be staying together if it's on the losing side.

I was'nt talking about Togoland wit that part, I was meaning not being humiliated by being stripped of an integral and historic part of itself.
