That Dreadful Sea Mammal- Successful

Recently someone posted a link to this report which examines the viability of SEA LION.

Assuming in this alternate universe, Hitler was smart, and bull-headed, managing to coordinate the three branches of the Wermacht and his Axis Allies (at least in Europe) and did everything else generally correctly (as outlined in the report), how would SEA LION progress?

In the aftermath of a conquered Britain, how would the War go?

If Sea Lion is successful Germany fights Russia with Britain out of the way. If it's unsuccessful Germany would probably fall back on bombing London as IOTL. An important wild card is whether the British make good on plans to use mustard gas if the Germans establish a beachhead. This is understandable considering what the Germans had in store for Britain, but it would make it much harder for FDR to sell lend-lease to an isolationist public. Moreover, Germany's plant for Tabun production became operational in 1942, and at that point they might have remembered that the British used poison gas first.
