Terms of a Carthaginian Victory?

Let's say Carthage wins the First Punic War. Had this happened, they would have kept Sicily, Corsica, and Sardinia, but I'm wondering what terms they would have imposed on Rome. Tribute, without a doubt. Limiting of the navy? Possibly. But what else would Carthage want from Rome?

They'd want to try and break up the alliances Rome had made with other Italian states to ensure that it could not be a threat again. Prehaps they could use the Samnites as a check on Rome in Italy?

Its one thing to thwart Rome from gaining control of Sicily, but a separate matter to weaken Rome's hegemony in Italy itself. Carthage was initially allied with Syracuse before the latter switched sides due to lack of help from Carthage when the Romans were laying siege. Before the war, Syracuse was Carthage's main rival on the island, so the Carthaginians would somehow need to use the conflict to try and bind Syracuse to them as a dependency.

The islands stay in Carthaginian hands obviously. IIRC the Carthaginian Senate wanted the war to be over long before their generals did, this might lead to light terms for the Romans. I suppose it really depends on the type of victory.

Assume that Carthage totally destroyed the Roman Navy as a fighting force for the remainder of the war and had secured the major islands. But Rome still has her armies.
