So, kinda self-explanatory: what if Adolf Hitler, one of history's most evil men, who caused untold amounts of death and suffering even if one ignores the massive casualties of soldiers on both sides in both the German Civil War and the Second Great War.

It would most certainly be great for everyone involved if he lost the Civil War (his victory was most certainly unlikely, although it might seem inevitable to someone looking back from the modern day. Otto Strasser's Socialists certainly had more supplies, manpower, and industrial strength), it'd be more interesting if we somehow averted the war entirely (maybe Gregor Strasser doesn't get assassinated, although even then the Civil War might be inevitable).

In addition to the how, what would this world be like? It'd almost certainly be much better, but what'd the specifics be? What would this Hitlerless Germany be like? Would a Second Great War happen anyways?
