Targets of Racism by the Imperial Japan

During World War 2, who were the people who the Japanese considered inferior?
I know Koreans and Chinese became the unfortunate victims of this view, but what about the others?

East Indians? Indians? Russians? Filippino? Papuan and Melanesians?
Did they consider the alliance with Europe only for reaching the goals of dominating Pacific and Asia, and not because the Europeans were equal with Japanese?

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

They treated Indians quite well because supporting the Indian National Army was a useful propaganda boost for the anti-Western Imperialist rhetoric they liked to use.

The Japanese Empire made the same dumb mistake Nazi Germany made, turning potential allies into bitter enemies by their arrogant behavior and needless mistreatment. There were some Japanese officers and civilian administrators who genuinely believed in the solidarity between Asians, and the liberation from colonialism that was supposed to be the purpose of the Co-Prosperity Sphere, and these humane men treated the Asian peoples of the occupied territories with respect, considering them potential allies rather than conquered subjects. They believed their country's own propaganda, not realizing that it was just intended to get the subjugated people to aquiesce and wasn't supposed to be taken seriously. Apparently, there were a few German and Axis officers in the occupied USSR too, who thought they'd come to liberate the local people, and treated them decently. But they were soon disillusioned.
It may be (and this is just a guess) that deep down, many Japanese officers, indoctrinated in the militaristic warrior culture, looked down on these Asians, regarding them as lesser peoples because they'd been unable to resist the Western colonialists, unlike Japan, which successfully adapted, taking Western technology and developing modern armed forces.

That is correct.
I'd have said it in fewer words, but apparently there's a minimum character limit.

Putting it simply, from a WWII Japanese perspective everyone is inferior. This includes Asians, Westerners, everyone. The main difference is the plan was to subjugate the Asians and drive the Westerners out.
