Túpac Amaru II establishes Neo-Inca Empire. What are the reactions abroad?

Let's say that in the 1780s, Túpac Amaru II's revolution succeeds and creates a native-led neo-Inca state in Peru at minimum and possibly stretching into Colombia and Bolivia.

Would it accelerate the Latin American revolutions and cause more to be native oriented, or would reaction against the Inca rebellion cause the criollo-dominated parts of Latin America to remain with Spain?

Would the United States be satisfied that the Spanish Empire was unraveling and American countries going independent, or alarmed that an indigenous state emerged? Or both?

When the myriad of Revolutionary Wars blow over in Europe and Latin America, assuming the same countries develop outside of Peru, what are Neo-Inca Peru's diplomatic relations with Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, and Mexico?

On a more local level, I wonder how the Mapuche would respond to the sudden return of their ancestral enemy.

What would the territorial extent of this Neo-Incan Empire be? Basically the OTL Peru-Bolivian Confederation's extent+Chile and Ecuador?

My question is how does this effect the Latin America war for Independence, like Simon Bolivar’s Gran Colombia, since he wanted a Pan-Latin America

To survive, he'll need a European ally. Would Britain, France or the Dutch do this? The French revolution is close... now I'm thinking about France jumping on the opportunity, making good money from the Peruan mines, and the king/government now being supported by the enlightenment, for supporting those "noble Peruan savages"...

If there's anyone who might support an neo-Incan state arising, it may be the British to get back at the Spanish for supporting the Americans in their war for independence. They might even be able to snag a port or two as a consolation prize. The British were interested in taking the Rio Plata area.
