In some timelines with 18th century PODs, people like to butterfly away communism and fascism and replace them with syncretic politic ideologies which lie on neither left nor right but in between, or another dimension entirely. For example, Look To The West features Societism, an ideology broadly supporting social conformity, and Diversitarianism, an ideology supporting diversity of thought. Both ideologies are primarily concerned with culture or society, not economics.
However, syncretic economic-political ideologies are rare if non-existent. One obvious starting point would be the gap between anarcho-capitalism and state socialism. Both feature one type of organization taking on the features of the other in its absence, so the bridge between them would be an ideology which equally combines noticeable features of government and corporations, erasing the line between them with a "System" of some sort.
Given that corporations have in the past assumed rights of states, such as the right to negotiate treaties and legally wage wars, and the opposite is also true, what features would a "System" have which would make it distinguishable from both?
