IOTL, the death of Isabella of Castile in 1504 essentially split the thrones of Aragon and Castile. Philip of Habsburg was wedded to Joanna of Castile and was next in line to take the throne of Castile (due to Joanna's supposed insanity). In the meantime, Ferdinand of Aragon (Isabella's husband) after being rebuffed from taking the Castilian throne by Castilian nobles, married Germaine of Foix, a niece of king Louis XII of France. Ferdinand and Louis XII also signed an alliance and Louis XII also waived his (weak) claim to the throne of Naples in favour of the son of Ferdinand and Germaine. Ferdinand and Germaine had a son, John, prince of Girona. IOTL, both Philip of Habsburg and John, prince of Girona, died before the death of Ferdinand. Supposing that both John of Girona and Philip of Habsburg survive, can Aragon survive to the modern day? If so, how would it look? With the PoD being the survival of Philip of Habsburg and John of Girona, can a timeline be suggested?
