super strong baby born in Germany 1934

The first recorded super baby was born in Germany 2004. But what would have happend if he was born 60 years earlier?

He'd only be about 8 or so by that point. My guess is that the mad scientists would love to get their hands on him.

He'd be too young to be used as breeding stock for any lebensborn-type programs, unless the Nazis won the war for other reasons.

Heck, there's a good chance he'd be killed in a bombing raid or something.

My two cents:

We don't know yet what these children are going to be like when they grow up. For all we know, their development will veer towards normal, or only slightly above normal, when they do become adults.

In fact, since things like genetic testing are relatively new, these mutations may have indeed happened in the past and simply not been reported. Overly strong children could easily get by without being noticed by the general public (although maybe not the local public), as long as his or her parents aren't interested in publicity (which is most parents).

A modern doctor seeing an abnormally strong child may easily just congratulate the parents on their good luck, write up the measurements in the child's medical records, and never bother to report them to any scientific journals. Go further back, I'd say earlier than the fifties, and the child may never even visit a doctor.

Even if the child grows up to be abnormally strong as well, he or she simple makes a good living in athletics, security, construction, circus performances, bouncing, etc. Maybe he or she makes a name for himself from strength, and maybe people remark on the good breeding that led to his strength. Maybe, he becomes a poster boy for Nazi ideals, but even if so he's not really going to stand out that much from the rest of their propaganda.
