Successful Waterloo Campaign: How Long Does Napoleon Last?

A victory for Napoleon at Waterloo would be bad for France and for Napoleon. Britain was the least vengeful of the Allied Powers and in this scenario it would be weaker, therefore there would be further territorial losses with French Flanders, Alsace or rather Elass and Lorthigan, Corsica all up for negotiation. Prussia and Russia probably get their way and Saxony is extinguished. Also in this scenario Britain probably isn't trusted to hold Napoleon so he probably either ends up in Siberia or on the end of a rope.

Napoléon personally may suffer more but I am not sure about France. The OTL settlement in 1815 was already significantly harsher than 1814 (including a 700 million franc indemnity). I'm not sure it would get much more than that because the allies do not want to undermine the legitimacy of Louis XVIII too much, or else they risk more instability. Keep in mind that they have been fighting France almost a quarter century at this point.

That was certainly the British position and considering their strong position in OTL at Vienna as the victor of Waterloo and the creditor of the Allies they were able to get their way. If Napoleon is defeated by the Russians or Austrians instead you're going to see a less "British" peace, which will probably mean a lower financial indemnity and more territorial losses.
