Successful Rome

This POD is basically asking what would happen if Caesar wasn't assasinated by his compatriots? Also: This should probably go in the ASB section shouldn't it?? im not sure. And also Rome was pretty much successful after Caesar also in this POD. Ok since nobody has commented on it i will start by reading off alernate events in history. NO ONE CAN POST until i say i am done. Thank You.

1000 B.C- Aeneas and crew leave the remnants of Troy. They arrive on the western Italian coast after many misadventures Juno provided for them and build settlements. (This was the date of the first undoubted traces of settlement at the site of Rome)

782 B.C- A Spartan and a Latin Princess are wed and have twin sons, Remus and Romulus. The Spartan dies in battle, his wife grows astrange and abandons twins near the Tiber River where a lady hermit finds them. She is a mean mother, and raises the boys with discipline and trains them to be fighters. They later call her the "She-Wolf"

(OOC: According to Legend it was Mars(Ares) and a Princess that had the Twins and it was an actual She-Wolf that raised them, but to make it realistic I made a few changes that make sense.)

753 B.C- After Romulus bearies Remus, he founds the Polis of Roma. He is the first chieftan or King. He builds Temples and the Forum Romanum. Romulus riegned from 753-715 B.C

580-480 B.C- "Archaic" period

500 B.C- Expulsion of Rome's last king, and establishment of the Republic

500-287 B.C- "Struggle of the Orders"

e.t 500 B.C- Roma makes treaty with Carthage in North Africa

e.t 500-450 B.C- Roma becomes a Republic. This period is filled with strife as Roma is in conflict with Greek colonies in the south.

450 B.C- Laws of the Twelve Tables are issued.

What would have happened? If you want to feel super good about it, then take a trip to Washington D.C. Rome still lives. Never forget that as you discuss the world in a forum. That Washington acquired all that power only to go back to a life of a farmer seriously reverberates.

Just beware of the people who would corrupt Rome 2.0 to create another tyranny.
