Basically, my POD is that the swedish ship does not pass along information that the pro-british intelligence agents give to the Brits about the location of the Bismark and prince eugen. So having a head start these two ships manage to break out into the Atlantic before the Allies manage get pursuit forces underway. They manage to get out and go convoy raiding like in the original plan.

What sort of success rate would have been had? Would the Tirpitz later join these ships on their mission and what does this do to the battle of the atlantic?

Now I am aware that the second that the bismark docks in Brest, it will come under vicious arial attacks, so this needs to be kept in mind.
