Successful Post-Soviet Transition for Russia

How is it possible for Russia to make a transition after the fall of the Soviet Union that is successful across the board? By that I mean that Russia is successfully democraticized, that's its economy transfers to the free market without the rise of the oligarchs, and Russia is welcomed into the international community with good relations with the USA, EU, and China.

Preventing the August Coup might make the transition go more smoothly. OTL, that event shifted a lot of power and influence from Soviet Central Authority to the Russian SFSR.

Not possible, an oligarchy was necessary for the creation of a capitalist economy, the only way to privatize the economy was to sell government assets to individuals who wouldn't have a lot of money and would then immediately make a lot of money via their ownership of businesses. Capitalist accumulation of capital (money, resources, etc) was inevitable and would've obviously resulted in massive wealth inequality. Successful democratization can be done but given how corrupt the ruling political class is, I highly doubt it. If it wasn't United Russia, it would've likely been the Communist party that rigs elections to stay in power and taking advantage of near state monopoly on media to silence most criticisms of the current government and spin this narrative that the Pres is super popular. Also it doesn't matter who's in-charge of Russia, they would never agree to play second fiddle to the US and Western Europe meaning that conflicting interests would still be a thing.
