Successful Gallipoli Campaign?

Basically, how do you create a situation where the Gallipoli Campaign is successful in knocking the Ottoman Empire out of WWI? Historically, it's regarded as a gallant failure (particularly here in Australia, of course).

How could you potentially change the planning or whatever else to achieve an Allied victory??

Have the men get off the beaches and secure the damned heights before the Turks can dig in. IIRC, the landing troops had a narrow window of opportunity which they missed on account of poor planning from up on high despite the initial element of surprise they achieved with their selection of landing zone.

have the british/french naval people realize they will hae to sacrifice a LOT of ships, esp their older battleships. They DID in OTL but did not -ACT- upon that knowledge. Only they were slow and that increased the damage AFAIK

You'd need to get the fleet and army to work together in concert, also send naval minesweepers not fishing boats with sweeping gear on it crewed by civilians. If possible co-ordinate with the Russian Black Sea Fleet to launch an attack on the other side of the region to tie down troops and bombard supplies, railway lines etc, the BSF was run very well during the war and could have helped.
