Stridsvagn L-10 exported

In 1931 landsverk produced an advanced design for a 11t tank with a 37mm gun. despite being an advanced design, it wasn't built in quality.
Could it have been exported for license manufacture elsewere, and had an impact on tank develpment?
It would have been a major boost for Italian tank designs, for example, and the italians did sell the Swedish navy two Spica class TB and Fiat fighters, so the trade potencial was there. (I know my repeated atempts to create alternate Italian tanks might be getting boring for some

But other countries might be takers. Poland would be one, and Finland another if money could be found.
Even Britain could use a tank that was better than what they had at the time...

I don't think Poland would be trusted. If I remember right they had already failed to pay for more than one weapons purchase after taking delivery by that time.

But they did made a deal on 40mm and 75mm AA guns, plus 37mm AT guns. they were one of Bofors best clients. They could have bought the license and the tools in 32 and then just built more than they paid for and try to export them directly...
