What if the Stresa Front, having held together, defeats Germany in an Anschluss War and Poland proceeded to expand by annexing Danzig/Gdansk, Easternmost Pomerania, Upper Silesia, and Masuria?
Is Poland allowed to expel the Germans from those territories? If not, Poles could become dangerously close to losing demographic dominance in their own country. If the Stresa Pact does allow Poland to expel Germans then if Czechoslovaks hear about that then they are likely to join the war as well and get their own chunk of Silesia (and maybe Sorbian Lusatia). The Soviets would probably insist that Czechoslovakia gets a big chunk of Silesia because they don’t want Poland getting too strong.
