Sterward' world

Seward argued for acquiring places such as British Columbia, the Danish West Indies, the Samaná Peninsula of the Dominican Republic, Panama, and the Hawaiian Islands, and succeeded in annexing the Brook Islands (now called the Midway Islands) in 1867.

Despite minimal Congressional support, he developed American influence in the Hawaiian Islands,...

The United States eventually annexed the Danish West Indies (now the US Virgin Islands), and the Hawaiian islands
Alaska and British Columbia ...
doubtful that the British Dominion and Canada would sell British Columbia...

Did a bit googling, and it seems like the list of lands he was interested in was even larger - they included Iceland, Greenland, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Saint Barts, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, the Galapagos Islands, Tigre Island, all of Canada, and depending on who you believe, Taiwan, Fiji, Baja California, Tierra Del Fuego, and Madagascar.

Seward was clearly a man of ... unbounded vision. Thats much politer than saying he had a loose grasp on reality, which, imo and geopolitically, would be more accurate.

No way would he get anything from a major european power (France, uk, spain), and if he tried, the US would be VERY unhappy at the result.

Might he end up with more of mexico or haiti or some dutch or swedish or danish possessions (i dont remember when sweden and denmark lost their caribbean territories).

But Canada? No way on earth Cuba? Blasted unlikely.
