Stalin lives to be 130

He'd probably be assasinated at some point in history anyway.

There is a theory I remember hearing somewhere that Stalin's OTL death was quietly organised by the senior Soviet administration and his doctors as his mental health declined and he became more reckless in his plans, seeing American conspiracy everywhere and becoming prepared to launch nuclear war. If that's not true, it seems to me that Stalin, a paranoiac, would have undergone such a decline and been so offed not long after anyway.

I think it was Beria or at least members of his faction,I thought that was the generally accepted theory.

There's a reason Stalin's inner circle basically sat around for 12 hours after his collapse before calling a doctor. He was going to purge them all, and they knew it. Even staunch loyalists like Molotov.

Stalin was having his own Kremlin doctor tortured because the man advised him to rest or retire. The reason the politburo didn’t call a doctor was because if Stalin wasn’t dying and recovered on his own he would kill those responsible for calling the doctors without his permission.

Plus by 1953 the politburo members couldn’t take a piss without Stalin giving his permission

Eventually, some inner party members would attempt a coup and if he is ASBly unkillable, they'll put him in mental hospital or something.

Had Stalin lived any longer than he did there would, sadly, have been another holocaust againt the jewish people. Towards the end of his life in OTL, Stalin was preparing to round them up.
