Stalin dies before Barbarossa

WI Joseph Stalin dies before the German invasion of the Soviet Union. How much different would the strategy be given somebody else was in charge, especially considering that, at times, Stalin was reluctant to consider intelligence given to him.

To be fair, the PoD of this thread would lead to quite a different outcome. If Stalin had died before the war, not only would morale be a lot higher than if he died immediately after it started, but certainly any changes in Soviet preparations in the last week before June 22 could only be to the good.
