Squeeze bore guns after WWII

I've been reading Zaloga and Markov's Soviet/Russian Armor and Artillery Design Practices: 1945 to Present and the chapter on anti-tank missiles describes the influence the German x-7 Rotkappchen design had on the earliest anti-tank missiles postwar. The Panzerfaust also influenced the widespread RPG series.

Could the squeeze bore technology used on weapons like the Panzerbuchse 41 and Pak 41 or the Western Allies Little John adapter have a similar influence on post-war anti-tank weapons and see moderate to widespread use similar to recoilless rifles, panzerfaust type launchers and wire-guided anti-tank missiles?

Not really. With the development of recoilless weapons and shaped charges squeeze bore devices became kinda superflous and the requirements for specialized ammunition it make it more problematic.

True, that makes sense with infantry anti-tank weapons but what about use in tank guns or the few postwar towed anti-tank guns like the D-48 and T-12? Not sure if the special ammunition is a major issue though, it's not any stranger than recoilless rifle ammo.

It is an issue, since a squeeze bore gun can only fire small shells compared to the case attached to it, making them pure AT weapons with a puny HE shell. And there's also APDS, just as effective as a squeeze bore, but allowing a bigger, heavier HE shell.
